US Nuclear Submarine Arrives in South Korea

The USS Michigan, an Ohio-class nuclear-powered submarine, arrived at Busan in South Korea. Military officials announced that the submarine would be making a port call. The USS Michigan was originally built to carry Tomahawk cruise missiles and nuclear tipped ballistic missiles.  The USS Michigan was reclassified in 2004 and is only capable of carrying cruise missiles at this time.
